I found this hotel to be located in an unsafe area, making it challenging to explore the neighborhood. However, it is relatively close to Taksim square, which is convenient for accessing the city center. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities and comfy beds, but the terrace was lacking for relaxation. The service was exceptionally respectful and helpful, extending from the drivers to the receptionists. Despite the questionable location, the dining options were excellent, especially the Mexican food. The facilities were top-notch, offering a range of services including room service and laundry.
